I didn’t want to buy a car and was super stressed out about it. Al Gales made me feel so relaxed and at ease while searching for the vehicle that would suit me best. He was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Al for the best sales experience.

Very bad service !!! My leasing was over,but Foss charged my money again. I tried to contact with them many times by phone and email and asked them refund to me. Now 45 days passed, I still didn’t receive the refund. Very disappointed!!!

This company is fantastic. They go above and beyond to help their customers and show compassion for whatever the customers situation may be. I recommend them to all of my customers in bankruptcy, consumer proposal and credit counseling. They truly listen to the customer and look at each story as an individual, your customers are never just a number to them. Great service! They met me at the shop where my car was being repaired to pick me up. I'm glad I didn't have to wait in line for the next agent like some other places. I highly recommend using them.

I can't believe I spoke Citroen parts department, literally he was shouting at me, no manners at all how to speak with customers . He took the wrong order but when I asked for return he was blaming me.! I regret I shouldn't have bought Citroen.

Cody showed me, my sister and my 93 year old mom before and after examples of various types of refurbished carts as well as new ones. We ended up getting a lightly used one year old model with lithium battery for easier care and longer life. The service was excellent both at the business operation in Etobicoke and on delivery to Muskoka. Thanks so much - you are enabling my mom to be able to get up and down a large hill so she can cool off in the lake during the summer - not to mention many other uses!

This review is specifically about Ed Wiens and the body shop:I had a wildlife claim early Dec. Never thought about bringing my Honda to a Chevy dealership. But once the adjuster saw my car, other local shops were quite busy, so I tried Shoreside on a whim. So glad I did! Ed was prompt and communicated clearly each step of the way. However the most impressive part is the final repair!Now, I've had my trusty old Civic fixed up before at a handful of body shops over the years, but I could still tell where certain damage used to be because it wouldn't quite line up perfectly or I'd have to pop things back in place from time to time. Stuff you just live with as your economy car gets old, ya know?Well, let me tell you, after Ed Wiens was finished with my car, the deer claim was fixed, sure, but all those other little problems were corrected too! Ed's expertise and attention to detail made my car look and feel a decade newer. Wow!Thanks Ed!
